Ashley Brown, Miss Nevada Teen USA2011, resides on Nellis Air Force Baseon the outskirts of Las Vegas Nevada. Born on Elmendorf Air Force Basein Alaska, and then moving to Germanywhen she was 6, she had the amazing opportunity to visit over 10 countries while stationed in Europe. She is 17 years old and is the oldest of MSgtWilliam and April Brown's three children. She is currently a Senior at NevadaVirtual Academy. She plans on attending the University of Nevada Las Vegasin 2012 to pursue a Bachelor of Business Management degree. After graduation she plans on enlisting and serving in the United States Air Force. Ashley enjoys community service and helping others. A few of the organizations with which she is currently involved are Autism Speaks, Susan G. Komen Race for the Cureand Opportunity Village. She enjoys practicing sign language and writing, in addition to a number of physical activities including snow boarding, skating, basketball and cheerleading.
